Experience

Extensive experience in the area of capital markets and structured finance operations, providing legal advice in the structuring, execution and conclusion of public offerings of securities and structured finance transactions. Elaboration of financing agreements, guarantee instruments and related corporate documents. Elaboration of issuance instruments, prospectuses, announcements, notices and other documents related to the public offer of securities. It actively works in the design of investment project structures.
