Experience
Lucas Peres works in banking and capital markets practices with a focus on fintechs, investment funds and debt. He advises several clients in regulatory issues, as well as in the structuring of innovative financial products and solutions, debt issuance and securities’ public offerings. He also assist clients in setting up and licensing applications for regulated entities, such as securities brokers and distributors, direct credit companies (SCD), peer-to-peer loan companies (SEP), payment institutions, asset managers and advisors. He has experience in structuring of offshore vehicles and in M&A transactions involving regulated institutions. Author of the book “Direct Investment in Foreign Assets” published by Almedina in Brazil.
