Experience
Leopoldo Pagotto is in charge of the antitrust, anti-corruption and compliance practices. He advises companies in several industries, such as banking, telecommunications, IT, mining, shipbuilding, car parts, infrastructure, and pharmaceutical.
Besides being an approved Anti-Corruption & Compliance private practitioner by the Latin American Corporate Counsel Association (LACCA), Leopoldo has been recognized by Chambers and Partners as a foreign expert in competition law and M&A for Japanese clients. He was also considered to be one of the ‘40 under 40’ by the Global Investigations Review in the category internal investigations.
Currently, he is the Vice-Chair of the Anti-Corruption Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA). Leopoldo was reporter for the Chamber No. 20 and the Chamber No. 1 of the Ethics Tribunal of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Chapter.
