• Legal representation of individuals and entities, resident in Brazil or abroad, before courts and arbitration tribunals, involving a variety of matters such as corporate, civil, tax, commercial and labor issues;
• Legal representation of clients before federal, state and municipal administrative authorities, including the Brazilian Central Bank, the Brazilian Securities Exchange Commission, the Brazilian Federal Revenue Services, Municipal and State Revenue Services, the Taxpayer’s Council, the Brazilian Oil Agency and the Brazilian Anti-trust Council;
• Due diligence on court and administrative proceeds to evaluate contingencies and risks in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
