Legal advice regarding capital markets, with focus on financial market. Advising clients on financial market regulatory issues, structuring of financial products and solutions, as well as structuring of investment funds (FIP, FIDC and FII), issuing of debt securities, public offerings of securities and operations subject to CVM and Central Bank regulation. Advising clients on obtaining authorizations to act as portfolio managers, drafting and reviewing internal corporate policies and regulatory documentation.
